Excellent customer service, I would highly recommend WM Snell. Tom was very helpful throughout and kept me fully updated on matters relating to bike service and some additional repairs that were required. They are also pretty convenient if you are London based as their premises are next door to the station in Alton. No hesitation in recommending them if you are a Ducati owner, I definitely won't be going anywhere else now!
Great service from these guys. During service and MOT, they picked up on stuck exhaust valve, transforming my bike. Great job.
