Just called up to try and book my car in to have a fault looked at. The person on the phone berated me for not using high grade fuel, proceeded to say hes happy to take my money off me, and when I mentioned that it would be good if he can give me an open and honest service he went quiet for an awkward length of time. I decided to hang up as he was arrogant and left me with no confidence. Almost seemed like he didnt want my money??? Very bizarre experience. Onto the next garage.
