A Pharmacy that does not care if they make there patients suffer. Some staff are nice but the Pharmasist and another couple seem to make things worse for you if you have complained. Deeply unprofessional just nasty behaviour.
Fortunately I'm not a regular customer, but on the 2 occasions Ive used them, they've been great. Good advice and service.
Pharmacist couldn't be bothered to check whether my prescription item was cheaper to buy over the counter - I had already checked that it was not a prescription-only medicine. Insisted I had to pay - have found the same medication in an online MHRA-registered site for 3 for 4 months supply.
Dreadful. Service is slow and while there are a lot of staff no one seems to know what they are doing. Waited half an hour to pick my FIL's prescription but there were other people there before us still waiting when we left.
I have to collect monthly repeat prescriptions for both me and my husband and, despite placing the order for the repeats to be prepared with a minimum of one week's notice, I am frequently informed that either they haven't been received from the surgery, only part of my order is in stock or none of the items are in stock (as happened yesterday). On more than one occasion, I have been told that I cannot collect my order until the pharmacist has returned from lunch.It takes me fifteen minutes to walk from my home to this pharmacy and I do not appreciate being asked to 'pop back later'. It also has a very scruffy interior with a dirty, threadbare carpet, an untidy serving area and far too few staff.There is nothing to be recommended about this pharmacy.
