Staff are always friendly and my regularly prescriptions are always ready. Excellent service! Obviously they have their busy times. I've seen it go from no one to suddenly lots of people turn up which they can't predict so any comments referring to waiting times it's not the chemist's fault if they are busy! I think they always manage the busy times well.

Don't know where they get ten mins for typical time spent there,I've never waited less than fifteen! How does it take so long to,print a sticker and take things from one box and place them in another? Too long at anstey rd pharmacy!
