I stayed at Tangley Hall on business, the location was superb located in a quiet village. The welcome was warm and i was shown to a well appointed and well kept room with a view of a beautiful garden. The host Elizabeth explained the facilities and I enquired about a local pub, Elizabeth kindly phoned them to enquire if food was available that evening. I enjoyed the walk to the pub then enjoyed a peaceful night. Breakfast was plentiful accompanied by superb home made bread and nothing was too much trouble.
We stayed here for one night and we greatly appreciated the clean and comfy rooms, lovely garden, scrumptious breakfast and the landlady's great hospitality. The house is very close to the full Jane Austen experience in and around Chawton.
