Having used this company before, I sent Spectech a pair of damaged (leg broken off) semi-rimmed "wire" glasses. The following day, they phoned to say that sadly, these proved beyond repair, but recommended fitting a new rimless "wire" frame. They took the trouble to send a photo of the new frame for my approval before proceeding and tendered a very reasonable estimate, which I accepted over the phone. The repair was immediately carried out, and dispatched back to me the very same day. So 3 days after breaking them, I am now wearing them again.Outstanding service, great workmanship and excellent value.
