I found everyone to be really friendly and helpful. They kept me informed on how my dog was doing and they looked after him. I would like to thank them all they were fantastic.

I cannot thanks enough to Lumbry Park because my little kitten is finally ok after almost 6 days in the hospital. They are professional, patients and warm people. They communicate with you at any time, they give you comfort, cheer up and the most important thing, they know what they are doing. Solos illness has not been an easy one. They have done all possible to help him and they got it!!! Many thanks to the whole team for the great job you are doing!!!

Excellent referral centre! Very modern and state of the art. Staff were very warm and friendly. Should my cat need to be referred again for treatment then I will definitely be going back. Full recommended!

From the minute we arrived the service was superb. We cant thank all the staff there enough for the treatment and care of our dog , who now is happily back at home. We would recommend this hospital no question.

AVOIDThe administrative staff at this clinic are extremely rude and grasping. Only use this practice if you're happy having your views completely ignored and being generally dictated to.I would suggest all staff members receive training in customer service as a priority. One of the worst clinics I've ever encountered in 10 years of very high volume veterinary practice usage!!I'm happy to answer any questions about this review, and:or explain in further detail.
