I'm afraid this review is rather late in coming as it was a while ago that I booked our flights with Syd Davidson at Travelbag in Alton but life has been hectic since we came back from Australia!Syd was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. Somehow he managed to get us a much cheaper business class flight than I was able to find anywhere on the net (about 1k cheaper!) and he went out of his way to get us the exact seats that we wanted. It was our first Business Class flight over this distance but Syd made sure that we got the most out of it and his insider knowledge was excellent.The whole trip went as smooth as clockwork and the flight with Emirates was sublime. That's twice we've been to Australia now with Travelbag and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and especially Syd.Thank you!
Just experienced an INTERESTING approach to customer service. I will never book a holiday with travel bag based on the customer service from sales agent Kenton Cockburn. Travel Bag Alton. I was shocked at your approach to our needs as NEW customers. You are right you are not Thomas Cook or TUI who care about their customers and help them decide on holiday destinations and give advice.
The staff for me seem to have a good knowledge of world travel through their personal and previous customers feedback, which can be very helpful in making the right Holiday choice .
