We spent almost the best part of 5000 with Elstead and received truly dreadful service. The light fittings were old stock (2013) and 2 chrome fittings were returned damaged even though they had QC stickers on.We returned a kitchen island light 3 times due to damage. We had no apology or compensation even though the light we eventually accepted (still scratched) was 7 months after our original order.Dreadful.
