I gave them exact dates(almost a month), been given the price, paid in advance along with deposit. Just emptied my storage within agreed dates and lady in the office is telling me that they need 28days notice to refund deposit plus announcing that I'll be charged for another week out of my deposit. Removal team was great though that's why I'm still giving them two stars. I suggest you double check prices and their policy prior hiring storage from them as their quote doesn't necessarily match the final bill.

The people at Brant did a superb job yesterday moving my elderly Father's possessions from Holybourne to Malvern. Despite having a flat tyre on the truck, they still mended it, and moved my Dad on time with no damage or breakages, and a cheery disposition despite the weight of some of the furniture. Very grateful to Brant and especially their staff for a good job well done, and at a reasonable price too. Highly recommend this company.
Tim, Glynnis & the guys have been really helpful.I havent been the easiest customer but they have remained patient & accommodating.Being an independent family business I would support Brandt in continuing to offer such a great service over other storage companies.
