using my friends account. my name is jack and i iust got off the phone to the manager and he is useless.he owed me a free pizza for late delivery and rang today to order the free pizza and he was just argumentertive and rude. dominos in alton needs a new manager and new staff that have respect to costumers and good service.this manger has none of the above
Allways late delivery so allways have a cold pizza, very rarly the pizza tastes good, most of the time they taste horrible with tonnes of suace and no cheese. Crust taste under cooked.GO TO DOMINO'S IN BORDON! its allways perfect
35 minutes late and pretty much cold when it did arrive. App suggested it had been delivered on time. Called up to check when it was 25 mins late to be told it was out, they were busy and it should be with us in 10-15. No wonder it was cold. Even at 9.99 per pizza, this was a rip off.
Absolutely Shocking service, Parts of order missing, other parts cold, Spoke to shop, and Person threatened me and hurled abuse, recommend never to use Domino Pizza In Alton. When i did get the Manager he did offer a refund and free order next Time. But wont be using them again!
I ordered a pizza from here tonight just a simple cheese and tomato and when it arrived (after 1.5 hours) the topping was all stuck to the inside lid of the box and when I called up the guy on the phone told me to put it back on the base and stick it under my grill and it would be good as new! Think Ill be going to Pizza Time in future!
