Visited today, only one sales assistant on duty helping customers, walked past saying as soon as finished with this customer he would deal with us, we waited by the counter whilst other customers milled around filling their trolleys. Once finished the sales assistant came to the counter and proceeded to serve a customer who had just arrived having filled their trolley saying that he would serve us next. Not acceptable, I pointed out that we were there first be he said that he would serve us next without knowing what we wished to order. Walked out. Staff need to be focused and recall who is in the queue and in what position. Possibly need more sales staff. Will think twice about going into the store again.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Shop floor seems a bit crowded and the layout confusing.
