I personally find this a great gym as it has everything I need for my workouts I am currently using the gym as a pay-as-you-go, and as it covers the whole day, I can come in the morning and the evening so I can get two workouts in a day With the freindly staff, it only being 10 minutes walk away from my house and the bonus of a small sauna to relax with at the end of a workout, this gym works out for me

Lovely family run business!! The trainers are really friendly and supportive. Not to mention the great knowledge of nutrition they have given me throughout my fitness journey.
WARNING - DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!I joined the gym earlier in year. I spoke with a rather unhelpful person at the reception desk who asked me to sign an old photocopied registration form who informed me that the monthly cost of the gym is circa 30 per month.What was not made sufficiently clear or prominent was that their direct debit mandate had a blank box next to "minimum months of payment". This was then filled in after I had signed and left the building to 12 months!!!This meant that I was unable to cancel the gym membership two months later as I was going travelling...! When I explained the situation to the gym I was met with an extraordinarily small amount of sympathy - they simply stated - It was in the contract you signed... and referred the matter to a debt collection agency... UnbelievableFurthermore the gym equipment is all over a decade old, there is no male toilet on site and there is no water fountain.I would strongly advise looking at alternative gyms near/around Alton of which there are plenty of similarly priced however far better options.Many thanks,Harry Clarke.
Dissapointed. A lot of broken machines, and I tried to cancel because the conditions were awfull. Guess what, still had to pay 1 full year membership. All about taking your money without any service.
