Fiona Curry was a fantastic florist for our wedding day! The flowers were stunning and so many of our guests commented on them. We'd fully recommend to other couples for their upcoming weddings.
Fiona is very friendly and professional. She helped me through the process of deciding which flowers to have for my wedding and had lots of creative suggestions. She was mindful of my colour scheme and of my budget and did not try to sell me anything I didnt want. You can tell within minutes of meeting Fiona that she is truly passionate about what she does. And she is a very talented lady. I personally find it hard to visualise things that I cannot see but I trusted Fionas expertise. And I was not disappointed. My wedding day looked beautiful. My bouquet was exactly what Id hoped for. The whole process was easy and pleasant and Fiona always replies to emails/ phone calls and is very reliable.I am genuinely shocked to see a single negative review. There is no way this is the same Fiona Curry that worked for me for my wedding. She is fantastic and is a recommended florist at Froyle Park for a reason.
Well where do we begin, from our first meeting with Fiona back in August 2017, we knew she was the florist for us. I was one of those brides who didnt really know too much about what I wanted but with her help, guidance and suggestions, we came up with a grand plan. We kept in touch with Fiona during the coming months and had the option to chop and change things, adding a few bits a long the way and changing bits here and there; Fiona was great at accommodating this. We had a final meeting 6 weeks before the wedding, doing a re run of everything we had chosen and just making sure we were still happy with the choices. I am a visual person and until I see things in the flesh, I cannot always completely picture how they are going to look. I was overwhelmed when Fionas team turned up at my hotel with my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, the varying button holes and corsages for the wedding party and we cannot forget the flower wand for the little flower girls, what a great and fun idea! Then I still had more to come, the church looked absolutely stunning, from the flowers on the pew ends to the urns at the alter and the flowers as we walked into the church, everyone commented on how lovely it looked. Then, the marquee........ WOW!!! Talk about how to transform a marquee, we had 18 tables with these incredible high glass vases with the most magnificent flowers in them, plus the addition of tea lights on each table and an amazing array of lower vases and tea lights on the top table. Fiona also made up a spray to go around the cake and another for the table plan. All of these touches just made our wedding day even more special, the tables just looked out of this world. I couldnt put my bouquet done, I loved it so much and I certainly was not throwing it for anyone else to enjoy ;). You do not realise until you are getting married how much hard work and commitment goes into everything to make your wedding day so special and the amount of people involved in doing this. We truly thank Fiona from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so gorgeous and special. I couldnt recommend her and her team more highly to anyone planning on getting married, she lifts another weight off of your shoulders when planning a wedding and puts you at utter ease throughout this process. Most splendid arrangements! The detail was exquisite, but also catered to exactly what I wanted. Not only was the experience exceptionally professional but the friendly demeanor made the whole day that much more pleasant.Everyone adored the flowers, including myself; you can't help but. From the organisation the the aesthetics, even if you aren't sure of what you like, you will love what you get.
Fiona Curry is a fantastic florist! From our initial inquiry to the morning after our wedding when I saw her personally collecting our trumpet vases - the service was incredible! The ONLY negative from our whole wedding was that the flowers blocked someones view during the speeches - that will teach me for asking for voluminous, large arrangement. No fault of Fiona's at all! I would like to think of myself as a simple bride. When my now husband and I met with Fiona, I described exactly what I was looking for. She recommended seasonal flowers and arrangements that would suit the venue and our budget. She even advised us how we could up-cycle the arrangements after our ceremony to get our monies worth! After the wedding we distributed the arrangements to close family and event took some home and was ever so surprised to see 5 days after when we returned home they were still looking good! We had the most magical day, the flowers & decorations were adored by all and made our day than bit more special.
