I recently attended this practice and the service from the staff was great. Both Dr Sorabh Patel and Fiona were really helpful and talked through each step regarding Teeth Whitening. Our whitening trays were ready in just over a week which was great as I didnt expect that. Definitely recommend the staff and this Dental Practice.
I had to make an emergency appointment with Alton dental and even though I wasn't registered with them I was seen and treated within half an hour of my phone call. I was seen by a phenomenal dentist called Nikul, everybody that I have met in there have been extremely friendly and welcoming ..I would highly recommend this dentist to anybody!!
This is an excellent practice. The reception staff are always welcoming and smiling. It's a pleasure to be greeted like this. Suk and Tina are a great team and between them give me reassurance. Suk is a really good dentist and has the patience of a saint!
First visit to Alton Dental, after having to change dentists due to Lenton street practice (my dentist)closing.What a difference, and so pleased with the professional service given to me by Dr Patel and his nurse Fiona.Dr Patel did a thorough examination of my teeth,and explained fully the X rays taken ,..making me fully aware of the condition of my teeth,...something I hadnt experienced at my previous practice,in and out in 2 minutes flat,..and lack of any customer service.Really refreshing ,..thanks for the great service and attention to detail.
An excellent initial session today for me and my friend. My friend is very anxious at the dentist but was dealt with really well. The dentist was very thorough and I feel confident that any problems will have been picked up.
