What a great place! Loads of merchandise steeply discounted so I ended going in for a pair of shorts and left with shorts, fleece, socks, shirts, and a hat. The shorts are so great that I'm going back today to get a couple more pair and maybe some more cold weather gear.If I wasn't already in the middle of a trip I'd be buying some new hiking boots and probably a new pack or two, can never have too many backpacks and they have a plethora of them, many on sale at crazy good prices. I wish we had a Mountain Warehouse back home in the States.
The worst customer experience I have ever had! A large male assistant talking about his sore backside after a baby shower was serving!! Errh! He arrogantly tried to over charge me on one of my three items. I said it's reduced, he didn't believe me, could not be bothered to look. He couldnt be bothered with showing me where the mirror was either.He did go eventually with me to check the price of the item and he said he really didn't care!! I said he needs to buck up with his customer service. His reply was he was not going to serve me. I was about to spend nearly 100 pounds with the company. I left totally appauled at his customer service!!

Some good bargains to be had, hard to reach items up high
Very helpful staff and they have replaced my walking boots three times BUT I just want leather walking boots that last more than six months. I walk three miles five days a week plus occasional weekend eight mile walks. I carefully clean and wax my boots but each pair has failed badly where the leather needs to flex. The leather is very thin and cracks and disintegrates. I thought I was unlucky but I shall not buy leather boots from them again Sorry to post this review because for other products I have been delighted
