DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES. Had my car washed all my change was stolen and my designer glasses which were in the glove compartment. When approached the men were aggressive and rude!!!

I strongly advise people NOT to use this car wash. They are rude, ignorant and do not apply their professional strength chemicals appropriately.The strong substance that should not have been used on my wheels (and should have been diluted appropriately anyway) stripped my alloys causing nearly 400:00 worth of damage (I have to have them refurbished). I have had nothing from them so far (3 months) to rectify the issue despite multiple modes of contact, gathering and communicating of evidence and visiting in person to try to solve the issue amicably.Do not go here, there are much better hand car washes elsewhere who treat their customers with respect.Please don't put yourself in the stressful position I am in with them.

Dreadful behaviour towards a pregnant mum yesterday! Did not hoover the car and when asked politely if he would please do this, he threw the childs car seat across the ground and shouted "You English are all pigs" !! He then dented a car door, pushed the woman and kicked her. This is beyond disgraceful and he should NOT be allowed to get away with it.
