Went there to look at a second hand car. Gentleman in the after sales was really nice and showed me around the car I was interested in. Waited around a bit to see the sales lady. Test drove the car which was great. But unimpressed with the sales lady she was quite curt. Would have liked to use a local garage but have been put off by the experience that I had. Shame cause I really like the car. I have spoken to a few other people who have had a similar experience.
Car in for a serviceI had booked in advance & said I would wait for service to be done. Within minutes of arriving car was in workshop. Reception has lots of reading matter & a drinks machine that offers just about every type of coffee. There's also tea & my favourite, chocolate.Staff are very friendly & it feels more like home from home. I have to declare I bought a Suzuki from them, but I don't believe I get any extra special treatment judging by the attention first time customers get.Although they are a Suzuki distributor, they are able to deal with other makes. It's not a huge distributer & I believe that's what helps it feel as if I'm a member of the family.
Small local garage but big on friendly and efficient service. Nothing seems to be too much trouble and having used the mail dealer for a new Kia, before returning to Holybourne, where they are able to maintain the manufactures warranty and do an excellent service and repairs at a reasonable cost. They offer the best customer service I have ever experienced. We bought a new Suzuki Vitara and they have been very helpful from the sale to the aftersale contact. Location of their shop is great and the staff are amazing. Special mention to Mark the manager who goes the extra mile for the customers. We give it a 10 out of 10 on customer service, knowledge and friendliness.
I purchased a used vehicle. Able to negotiate price. I appreciated not having to play games. Straight forward business. They agreed to fix a small chip in the paintwork and service/MOT would be current. Great! When returning to collect the car, the chip repair was very disappointing. My grandchild couldve done a better job, however, they insisted that their work was as good as you could get and that their guy had been doing this for 20 years. OK, well he needs glasses then. Wouldve given 5 stars had this been resolved to my satisfaction.
