Excellent service, very pleasant and professional
Do a fab job on nails and always suggest this place to friends but just a few disappointing issues. 1 you get passed around so ends up taking forever. Normally allow 3 hours 4 infils and toe nails. 2 this morning this business has rudely hung up on me not once but twice after I asked to be booked in just for infils this morning. 3 then ignored any calls coming in to book a time slot (wouldn't even let me get that far when on the phone).I was polite and didn't deserve this. Not impressed
Had my nails done her for Christmas and will be definitely coming back now as a regular.
I would have given 5 stars because my nails were lovely, but it is pointless making an appointment, as they keep you waiting regardless, because they do not turn away walk ins! There was no atmosphere in the salon, not even background music. The staff also seem to talk each other and not the client which I find rather rude!
Would highly recommend this salon. Lovely staff. Beautiful and professional service. Did a great job on a damaged and painful nail. My GP in comparison was very unhelpful.
