Nice little pub, we have used a few times when we collect our little Grandaughter as it's half way between us and my sons and daughter in laws house. Staff are exceptionally lovely and very helpful, food is freshly cooked and very good, nothing that has been blasted thru the microwave. Good value lunch menu. I have not given it 5* as the dinning area is a bit dated, but I am sure they will overcome that in time. Do call in nice little pub.
We don't live in Alton but always stop here on our way home from hockey in Bordon. Very nice pub/restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and good service. Definitely recommend.
Lovely friendly pub. Delicious food and good selection on the menu with interesting additions. Staff very friendly and there's no feeling that they're are rushing you out of the door to make way for someone else. Would definitely recommend it.
Just popped in for an unplanned drink with a few friends. Friendly staff and good beer. Clean toilets and a decent car park, too. I'd be happy to try the food on a future visit.
